Part One: Preparation
So the location of this guy never changes, which is both good and bad for our hitman. The Gunrunner is stuck underneath the embassy in the garage where all of the soldiers are stationed. From the start, make your way through the crowds of people towards the embassy and hook a left once you reach the protest square. Off to the side, behind the rioters, will be two men arguing by a van. Pass by them and look at the large wall on your right. There will be an area that you can climb over into the main embassy’s entrance
Hop over the wall and take a right towards the small metal door that leads to the garage. Head downstairs and hang another right, but make sure to remain crouched. This area is heavily guarded, so use the cars in the back as cover from the few patrols. Once you reach the back right corner, you will see the Gunrunner and his men dealing with some soldiers. Play the waiting game until one of his bodyguards goes to the truck near you to look for his keys.
Wait until he’s fully behind the truck, sneak up behind him, and knock him out. This part is tricky, as disposing his body can easily lead to disaster. There will be a soldier facing the truck on the opposite side, so make sure to wait until he turns before you move the body. Drag the guard behind both trucks to avoid being spotted. Take his uniform, pick up the screwdriver on the shelf, and head back out to the garage.
Quickly make your way to the left side of the garage this time and down the small escape tunnel. You will eventually stumble across a room full of lockers, a barrel of gas, and two guards. Take your time and knock out both guards, then proceed to hide them in the locker down the hallway. This part may take a bit of time, but it will make your actual kill of the Gunrunner far less stressful.
Once they are taken care of, puncture the gas can with a screwdriver and set one of remote explosives next to it, which are conveniently placed on the table next to it.
