Once there you will see the customization tab, click it and you will be brought to the main hub for everything you can customize; this includes outfits, gear sets, and more. After checking through each tab, you will get a feel of how you want your character to look. Different outfits will unlock once you hit certain levels, but from the very start, you can mess around with the different colors, patches, and decals to suit your preference.
