Nintendo had a ton of games to show off at this year’s E3 during their Treehouse Live stream, one of which was Monster Hunter Generations. After sharing some new details on the game and showing off some gameplay, Nintendo announced that a demo for the game would be hitting the 3DS eShop later this month on June 30.
On top of that codes will start being sent out to select 3DS users today for early access to the demo, although Nintendo didn’t specify exactly what the selection process would be. There’s also a second way to get the demo today, by purchasing an E3 Digital Ticket from Humble Bundle and paying $4 or more.
Monster Hunter Generations makes some additions to the series to help make gameplay even better, like two new combat styles and a mode called Prowler that lets you play as a Felyne alongside other humans. The game will also bring back some fan favorite stages and bosses from across the series, while adding on completely new ones.
Monster Hunter Generations launches on July 15, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. Are you happy to get your hands on another Monster Hunter game this year? Leave a comment below and let us know.
