Soldier: 76 Overwatch Short Debuts May 22

Blizzard will premiere its next Overwatch animated short—Hero—on May 22 at 10am PT.

Hero will center on ex-Overwatch agent Soldier: 76 on a “personal mission” to Dorado. Soldier: 76 is tasked with investigating illegal activities of the Los Muertos gang when “an unexpected complication” puts his objective at risk.

Blizzard’s Hero animated short is the fourth and final of this season. It’ll be available to watch on the game’s site.

Blizzard’s hero-based shooter is set for a May 24 release—but the servers will go live on May 23 in some areas. We’ve got the exact times the Overwatch servers go live on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
