Fallout 4: How to Get the Kiloton Radium Rifle

Shoot, infect, explode.

Bethesda promised some great new weapons in Fallout 4: Far Harbor, and they’ve managed to deliver. One of the new, unique weapons is the Kiloton Radium Rifle. The Legendary Perk on this gun does 15 Points of Explosive damage. That may not sound too special but when you stop to think about it, you’ll understand the excitement.

The Kiloton Radium Rifle does standard ballistic damage (useful against all enemy types), radiation damage (useful against humans), and explosive damage (everything will fear you). That’s three streams of damage all going at once.

To make life even better, this gun is relatively easy to get. Head to the Nucleus in the south west of Far Harbor, it’s the Child of Atom hideout, so you’ll want to join them while there to access their vendor, Kane. He actually sells the Kiloton Radium Rifle for a little over 500 Caps.

Pick it up and you’ll be ready to deal with just about anything as you tear through armor and cause damage over time. If you like the gun a lot, you may want to invest in the Nuclear Physicist perk under the Intelligence tree for double radiation damage.
