Jimmy Kimmel Live is featuring a gaggle of Marvel heroes all week. Yesterday he had members from Team Captain America – Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, and Paul Rudd – and tomorrow he’s got Team Iron Man – Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Emily Van Camp, Chadwick Boseman, and Paul Bettany. They are all appearing, of course, to promote Captain America: Civil War, which is just a few weeks from premiering worldwide. Tonight, however, he had on Benedict Cumberbatch and Clack Gregg to promote Doctor Strange and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. respectively.
Cumberbatch brought with him the highly anticipated first look at his cosmic adventure, which will be coming to cinemas later this year on Nov. 4. It will be Marvel’s first outing with a new superhero in Phase 3, which kicks off with Civil War next month.
The first poster for Doctor Strange was also just revealed to the public, leading up to the trailer reveal. It’s minimalist and mirrors the trailer, showing Strange in his iconic sorcerer garb.
What do you think of the teaser trailer and poster? Are you excited to see Cumberbatch bring the Sorcerer Supreme to life on the silver screen? Let us know in the comments.
