All the Exotics and Legendaries Returning in Destiny’s April Update

Welcome to Year Two.

Destiny is bringing back a lot of old Legendary and Exotic equipment back for this month’s big April Update. The update, which will be headquartered mostly on the Reef and the Prison of Elders, brings back a lot of old weapons and armor that debuted in the House of Wolves mini-expansion in Year One, alongside a couple of other fan favorites from Destiny’s first year.

The returning Legendary weapons such as the infamous auto rifle, Shadow Price and the popular sniper rifle, LDR 5001, will be available via Crucible and Vanguard reward packages. Unlike Exotics, you are not able to upgrade your old Year One version, you’ll have to get the drop again in order to get the Year Two version. Here’s the list:

  • The Devil You Know
  • Shadow Price
  • LDR 5001
  • Badger CCL
  • The Comedian
  • Y-09 Longbow Synthesis
  • Grim Citizen III
  • Two to the Morgue
  • Zombie Apocalypse WF47
  • The Saterienne Rapier
  • Lord High Fixer

As for the Exotic weapons and armor, Bungie recently revealed the full list on their official Instagram that you can visit, or just view the full list below. It includes a mix of House of Wolves exotics brought back for Year Two and other older exotics. Like Year One Exotics, you’ll be able to bring these back up to Year Two if you have them already. Here’s the list:

  • Dreg’s Promise
  • Sunbreakers
  • The Glasshouse
  • Khepri’s Sting
  • ACD/0 Feedback Fence
  • ATS/8 Arachnid
  • Lord of Wolves
  • Lucky Rasberry
  • Universal Remote
  • Eternal Warrior
  • Patience and Time
  • Purifier Robes
  • Queenbreaker’s Bow

That does it for the full list! What equipment piece are you most excited about? Let us know in the comments. Also, don’t forget that the final April Update stream will be next Wednesday April 6 at 11AM PST on Bungie’s official Twitch channel. The April Update will be released on April 10.
