Brawl Stars has finally launched worldwide, and Supercell is celebrating with a new Clash Royale event. Here’s everything you need to know about the Brawl Stars challenge in Clash Royale along with some tips and tricks to help you get started.
What the Brawl Stars Challenge Is
This new event is unlocked once you reach level five in Clash Royale and is pretty much a crossover event with Supercell’s latest mobile game. You can play as two characters from Brawl Stars, either Shelly or Bo, depending on which card you or your opponent pick.
Gameplay works a bit differently this time around, as you and your opponent won’t have any towers to defend your main base. You’ll have to rely on your units for defense in the Brawl Stars challenge, and here’s where things get a bit tricky.

Before the match, you or your opponent will pick a set of four cards from an eight-card deck. The other four cards will then either go to you or your opponent, depending on who drew the cards first. On top of that, one of you will get to play with Bo, while the other person plays with Shelly.
It really just boils down to a battle of wits, with the winner being the first person who manages to destroy the other player’s base in the Clash Royale Brawl Stars challenge. You’ll have to manage your team smartly and keep an eye on your elixirs to see who you can summon to attack the enemy or defend your base.
Tips and Tricks for the Clash Royale Brawl Stars Challenge
There are a few things you should keep in mind when playing this Clash Royale mode. Here are a few tips and tricks to help you win:
- Always try to pick Shelly. Bo deals very little damage and costs four elixirs to summon, which honestly isn’t worth it.
- Build your deck around air, swarm, and splash units. Avoid bringing buildings, and make sure to bring Tanks that focus on attacking regular units.
- To deal with enemy swarms, bring lightning to zap them.
