A new video has released on the Hitman YouTube channel that showcases what the game will look like at 4K resolution on PC.
The new game is the first console release for the series since Hitman: Absolution released on Nov. 20, 2012. Being developed by IO Interactive, the game is going to have episodic releases, similar to recently popular games like Life is Strange, Tales from the Borderlands, and Minecraft: Story Mode.
It will be releasing on March 11 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The recently uploaded video showcases the PC version of the game running at 4K resolution, which is 3840×2160. You can see for yourself below, even if you can only watch at a lower resolution.
The first episode of Hitman will include the prologue, and the Paris map. More additions will be made available over the course of the year, with an Italy based location coming next month, and a Morocco inspired level planned for May. The physical release of the game will come Jan. 2017, after recently being delayed.
