Last week CD Projekt Red and Dark Horse Deluxe announced a partnership making a new wave of collectible statues from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The line inclues most of the prominent characters from the game with Geralt, Ciri, Triss, Yennefer and Eredin..
The company has put the figures on display at the Toy Fair 2016. Kotaku has been at the fair, and taken pictures to give us our first look at every character.
First up is Geralt, who we previously saw in the announcement. The statue still looks great, with Geralt reprising his grizzled beard and pose from the cover of Wild Hunt. You can see the detail on display , down to Geralt’s yellow eyes, scar, sword hilt and much more.
The heroes aren’t the only ones that get the spotlight, as we have Eredin of The Wild Hunt here too. He cuts just as imposing of a figure as in the game, with his skeletal armor and horned helmet. His look is by far the most memorable thing about this character.
Finally, we have the most important character in the game besides maybe Geralt himself. Ciri is the girl that Geralt sees as a daughter, and her dimensional traveling abilities make her popular. Ciri’s figure looks just as well realized as the others, with the fabric on her outfit being a particular highlight.
Thanks to Kotaku for the photos. There’s no word yet on when the figures will go on sale to the public, but they will retail for a price of $29.99 each. What do you think of the new Witcher 3: Wild Hunt figures? Which one is your favorite, and who do you plan on trying to pick up when they become available? Are there any other characters from the game you’d like to see Dark Horse do after this line of figures? Let us know in the comments.
