Fallout 4 Won’t Have a Demo, Here’s Why

“Not possible.”

Fallout 4 is just around the corner, but unlike some games close to their release, it won’t have a demo version.

Bethesda’s Pete Hines clarified the topic in response to a fan question on Twitter today, stating, “no demo. Not possible to cut up the game into a small piece.” Another user asked whether a character creation demo would be made available, to which Hines also replied no.

If you’re looking to get a preemptive taste of Fallout 4 nonetheless, you can check out the recently revealed trophy/achievement list, or get a literal taste of the Wasteland by ordering some official Fallout beer.

Those who are looking to buy the game should check out every pre-order bonus, bundle and special edition available. Your choice will determine whether you’ll be the owner of a Vault Boy Pop! Vinyl figure or a fuzzy, new pair of Fallout socks.

Let us know if you’ll be grabbing a copy of Fallout 4 come November 10, and for more, check out some new announcement’s from today’s Sony Paris Games Week conference below.
