Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 Will Have Exclusive Sony Items

Grind rails as your favourite Sony character

In a PlayStation Blog post today, Josh Tsui the president of Robomodo, revealed that PlayStation gamers would receive exclusive items within Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5.

While discussing how Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5’s online would work, Tsui also revealed that PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 owners would be receiving exclusive content. Sony console owners who pick up Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 will receive three character heads from Sony’s games: Ratchet and Clank, Little Big Planet and Twisted Metal.

That means you’ll be able to skate around in style with either a Sackboy, Sweet Tooth or Ratchet head on while hanging around with your friends in the fresh new online modes on the PlayStation 4. As for you PlayStation 3 gamers, you can still enjoy the exclusive content, but only offline as the last gen versions do not include online play.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is due to release on September 29 this year on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. While fans have been crying out for another game in the beloved franchise, some have been unimpressed on the way the game looks in released images. Hopefully the gameplay in the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 will be enough to keep fans satisfied.
