How to Unlock All Bloodborne Endings

This is the easiest ending to get since you don’t actually have to fight anyone. All you need to do is head over to where Gherman is sitting in his wheelchair beneath the large tree.

Talk to him and he will give you two options. Choose the accept option, and you’ll be treated to the beautiful first ending cutscene.

Once you’ve done this, exit the game completely and head back into the Application Saved Data Management and copy your old save file from the USB back to the console.

It will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing data on your console, choose yes or the file won’t transfer. Now time to head back into the game and do it again.
