Club Nintendo's Final Ever Rewards Catalog Open for Business

Club Nintendo's Final Ever Rewards Catalog Open for Business

Club Nintendo is being phased out during 2015, but Nintendo aren’t going to let their customer loyalty program fade quietly into the night. While European fans don’t yet know what’s going to be coming their way, North American customers have just been given their final rewards catalog. Suffice to say, there are some pretty incredible deals on offer out there to use those few remaining coins on.

Physical rewards from the final Club Nintendo catalog are nothing at all to be sniffed at. For 600 coins you can pick up a delightfully awesome Legend of Zelda 3DS XL pouch or some Animal Crossing Mini Playing Cards. With 800 coins you can even get a marvelous Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D messenger bag which is, quite simply, so awesome the whole of Europe is already crying (myself included).

Where this final Club Nintendo rewards catalog really shines though is in the selection of games on offer. WiiU owners can pick up Platinum Games’ incredible Wonderful 101 for a mere 600 coins. Wii Fit U along with Game & Wario are also available for this surprisingly low cost. On top of those Nintendo are offering a tonne of classics on the WiiU for between 200 and 300 coins. Standouts include GBA titles like F-Zero: Maximum Velocity and the eternally classic Super Metroid for only 200 coins. For a serious burst of nostalgia though one simply has to look at EarthBound, available on WiiU for only 250 coins.

3DS owners aren’t forgotten here either. Classics like The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Metroid are available for 200 coins. Even more recent titles are up for grabs like New Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario 3D Land both on offer for 600 coins. Not a Mario lover? Well you can pick up Kid Icarus: Uprising (no awesome stand, sorry) or the fan favorite Starfox 64 3D for 700 coins.

Club Nintendo is most definitely going out with a bang here rather than a whimper. Are you happy with the items on offer here? Are you a European Nintendo fan who’s desperate to know what you’ll be able to get with your Stars? Let us know in the comments down below.
