With the recent release of Super Mario Galaxy 2, Punch-Out, and Metroid Prime Trilogy, Nintendo has been on a hot streak. They’re giving gamers more of what they want, at prices that aren’t ludicrous.  But what lies ahead? Here’s a few games we hope all make it to the Wii U as a $9.99 download on the eShop.

5. Pikmin/Pikmin 2

The always cute and delightful Pikmin belong on the Wii U

This seems like an obvious choice for Nintendo, although that has certainly never stopped them in the past. Pikmin and Pikmin 2 technically came out on the Gamecube, but saw a Wii rerelease with updated motion controls. These games, now considered decent collector’s items, are a pain and a half to track down, just like the Metroid Prime Trilogy. This perfect storm of hard-to-find and excellent gameplay begs for a digital re-release on the eShop.
