IGDA Survey Reveals Valve to be Most Desirable Company

The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) has revealed its top 10 video game companies to work for based on a survey they’ve done with over 2200 developers. It’s no big surprise that Valve is number one, considering that not only is it a private company with an amazing corporate structure and culture of fostering creativity and new ideas, but it has also been a first-class developer of PC gamings most popular and beloved titles for over 15 years.

In addition to these qualities, Valve also has a great record of paying its staff and making sure to let them have days off. Here’s hoping the rest of the industry follows suit someday.
