The unbelievable success of Hatsune Miku in the west continues as Sega today has decided to bring over the 2nd game in the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA series. The idol dance simulation came out with a digital only release for its Vita version as Sega tested the North American market. They then brought forward a physical copy for the PS3 later. Seems like both of those tests proved fruitful.
Not only is Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd coming over on PSN for the PS3 and PS Vita, it will be doing so in both physical and digital form so Vita owners will be able to pick it up whenever they want. Hatsune Miku is an imaginary character that has surprised many of us as a brand in the west with live concerts, merchandise and now even video games doing quite well. No release date has been confirmed outside of a 2014 release, but we’ll hopefully be hearing more from Sega on the game at E3. The game will be coming to both European and North American markets.
