One of the most profound changes in the world of video games these past few years is how services like Kickstarter have changed the way the are getting made. The total amount pledged comes out to $200.41 Million.

Video games have won again!”, there remain questions about the increasing use of and reliance on Kickstarter as a viable means of raising funds for game development, and whether it can be effective as a long-term business model. In the meantime, here’s to all the games that have gotten made as a result of the service.
Now if you don’t mind me, I’ll be watching the clock for Double Fine’s Broken Age to finally come out.
