The first actual announcement of the Sony E3 conference is a good one. Sony knows that Vita owners crave a better game market and this generation Sony is going to deliver, starting with Telltale’s The Walking Dead. The episodic adventure game was announced for Vita back in May but details were sketchy. In today’s press conference, Sony teased us with a bit more information including the official announcement of the The Walking Dead: 400 Days DLC.
In an interview with IGN back in February, Telltale writer Gary Whitta hinted that we’d be seeing more TWD before Season 2 came out. The Walking Dead: 400 Days is the promised DLC and is headed right for the PS Vita. All five episodes are set to be bundled with 400 Days. No release date or real game details were announced, but Telltale has released some character teasers via Vine prior to the announcement. Vince, Bonnie, Russell, and Shel are currently our only tidbits of information about 400 Days, but the Vita announcement alone is enough to hold me over for now.
