Eurogamer announced today that Terraria, a side scrolling role-playing indie game that exploded in popularity on the PC (selling 1.6 million copies), will be available on PSN and XBLA early next year. The man that made Terraria orginally, Andrew Spinks, hinted at “additional features that they’ve been able to bring to this new edition of the game”. With so many players and substantial updates to the game already, it is great to see console gamers are being brought in to experience the indie scene, and that the developers still are supporting the game and bringing new content.
