There’s such a combination of swear words and dick jokes that it almost becomes something of a metagame in and of itself. Do you like an endless stream of dick jokes and basically nothing but that in a pulpy kung fu setting? Then Shadow Warrior 2 is going to meet your weirdly specific needs! Hope you aren't making a drinking game out of this.
Conker's Bad Fur Day
Everyone knows that Rare only made Conker so raunchy and dirty because they wanted the little squirrel to stand out from being like their other platformers. They certainly went all out on that front by having you fight a literal shit monster in an opera battle, decapitation, and heavy drinking. As the saying goes, this ain't your daddy's Conker.
No More Heroes
You have to recharge your laser sword by shaking it furiously up and down. There's plenty of other stuff that makes the game rather crude, but that's the one that sticks out, so no more needs to be said about that.
Shadows of the Damned
Look, there's no way getting around it: Shadows of the Damned is one big, extended dick joke. Your skull friend is named Johnson, you have a weapon called the Boner, another one called the Big Boner that you fire by thrusting your hips, and there's phallic references by the many.
Killzone 2
The second title in Guerrilla Games' sci-fi shooter was noted and criticized back in its day for characters cursing with every fifth or sixth word. (Usually that word was "fuck," because that's how you knew your game was rated M back in 2009.) This was disliked so much that when Killzone 3 was first announced, Guerrilla had to straight up say that they planned on toning down the swearing for the story mode, which definitely shows.
Lollipop Chainsaw
The 2012 title from Suda 51 and the folks at Grasshopper definitely turned heads with its cheerleader protagonist killing hordes of the undead. But it was also noted for how crass it had other characters view Juliet, from NPC's saying they never imagined being saved by someone with "big tits" (yes, really) or zombies calling her names. Some will laugh like the game wants you to, others will be turned off by it.
GTA 5
Moving to the present day has opened up a new world of vulgar jokes for Rockstar's open world series. There's nothing off limits for GTA 5, and it's the delivery of the cast that helps the lines feel authentic and real.
Leisure Suit Larry
The Leisure Suit Larry games were notorious back in the 80's and 90's for being campy and lewd content. Even though the games themselves weren't particularly explicit in their depiction of raunchiness until the end of the series' life cycle, they leaned so hard into it that it makes it hard not to include the franchise on this list. If you can imagine a raunchy flick that keeps promising that they'll EVENTUALLY get to the goods, but then says it's in the deleted scenes, that's this series.
South Park: The Stick of Truth
There doesn't really need to be an explanation for this one. If you've watched at least five episodes of South Park, you've got a pretty good idea of how its humor works, and that same team is here for Stick of Truth as well. So hope you like poop jokes and performing an abortion. Well, maybe not that last one if you're in Australia.
Bayonetta
We couldn't get through this list without mentioning Hideki Kamiya's hair wearing heroine. Pretty much everything she does from moving to fighting is sexualized in some kind of crude way, but not in the creepy sense, it's more like a pulpy (and admittedly goofy) way.
