Level-5 CEO: All Future Main Titles Will Be Coming to Nintendo Switch

When Hino was asked about how the company would be supporting the Switch, he responded with: “Basically, in the future our main titles will all be released on Nintendo Switch. The idea is that what we have created for 3DS will move over to Switch.” We can expect for main series’ like Yo-Kai Watch, Professor Layton, and the Inazuma Eleven to move over from 3DS development to the Switch.

Hino also announced in the interview that Level-5 will be holding a Vision event in fall of 2018, where they will clearly state what type of company they are in the industry, as well as thanking other companies that they have been involved with in the past.

Recently, Level-5 also teased that they would be releasing a MMORPG-like title in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the company, a game that would take place in modern day. Level-5 has never developed and released a full-scale MMORPG before, so a huge-scale game like this one could be big for the Japanese development team.
