An Official Shadow of the Tomb Raider Announcement Is Coming Soon

The official Tomb Raider website has been updated with a teaser countdown to some big news for tomorrow, namely in the way of Shadow of the Tomb Raider news. The next chapter in the rebooted Tomb Raider saga is on its way, according to the HTML that comprises the announcement page’s layout. “Shadow of The Tomb Raider is the climatic finale of Lara’s origin story. Available September 14th 2018,” reads the text as the tagline, so while this could still be a mistake, it seems pretty likely that it’s high time for Lara Croft’s latest adventure to be revealed, and with perfect timing since the live-action Tomb Raider movie is out to see in theaters now.

Tomorrow we’ll have to wait to see the official showing, however, which will almost undoubtedly come attached to a reveal trailer as well. it’s going to be a thrill ride through Lara’s origin story, if the first two games are any indication.
