Fortnite: How to Play Sneaky Silencers Game Mode in Battle Royale

HOW TO PLAY SNEAKY SILENCERS GAME MODE IN FORTNITE BATTLE ROYALE

Recommended Videos

Epic Games is kicking off 2018 by continuing to experiment with new game modes in Fortnite Battle Royale. Hot off the heels of its limited time 50 vs. 50 mode, Sneaky Silencers commences on Jan. 5 and runs until Jan. 8. As the name would suggest, stealth will be the order of the day, with Sneaky Silencers centered around three recent additions to the game: the silenced SMG, silenced pistol, and bush potion. Weapons will be limited to these silenced guns, and plentiful bush potion drops will help players remain hidden. Traps will be removed, too. Suffice to say, we’re expecting plenty of camping and close-quarters engagements to dominate strategy in this mode.

There is no update required to play this limited-time mode in Fortnite Battle Royale, and booting up this new mode is simple. Enter the lobby as you normally would and scroll left or right with the directional pad (or directions arrows on PC). Cycling through normal modes such as duo and squads, you should then see a new option for Sneaky Silencers. That’s it, you’ve selected the mode and simply need to begin your game. Note that Sneaky Silencers is only available as a solo mode.

That’s everything you need to begin your first game of Sneaky Silencers in Fortnite Battle Royale. For more useful information on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
