Itazura Majo to Nemuranai Machi (Sorcery in the Big City) is a great new addition to action-packed holiday anime specials. There is quite a bit to praise about this anime, from the animation style and action sequences to the variety of downright adorable relationships that are explored throughout this holiday-themed adventure. As a fair warning, the premise of the story sounds pretty quirky and makes you wonder if a decent ONA could possibly come from this. Rest assured, however, that the holiday story of an officer exchange program, a magical teddy bear, and a sorceress with unusually jiggly breasts and an obsession with ruining Christmas actually turn out to be quite enjoyable.
