How to Get Calling Cards & What They Do in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp

Recommended Videos

Calling Cards are incredibly handy if there’s one animal that you really want to increase your friendship level with quickly, but they never seem to come around in the rotation. Here’s what you need to know to get Calling Cards in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, and what they do.

Calling Cards are essentially the perfect way to get an animal you’ve only seen once or twice to come and hang out with you. In order to use them, you’ll first want to go to one of the different social areas on your map, so, for example, Breezy Hollow or Sunburst Island. Next, select the Contacts option from the bottom of the screen and choose the animal you want to hang out with. It’s worth noting here that if the animal is already in rotation at one of the other social areas or at your campsite, you won’t be able to call them. Once you’ve chosen the character you wanna hang out with, simply press the Call button and they’ll head on over for three hours.

Of course, to use Calling Cards, you’ve first got to get your hands on them in Pocket Camp. The game actually rewards you with these for one of the first Stretch Goals you’ll likely complete, ‘Complete a request for an animal.’ Chances are, Calling Cards will also be rewarded for completing other Goals in the future. You can also get these handy cards as log-in bonuses. Make sure you’re checking in on your campsite every day and you’ll eventually get some for your outstanding attendance.
