You don’t need to shell out real money to complete the single-player story in Middle-earth: Shadow of War, but the chests available in the game can give you a nice boost if you want it. The premium currencies used for these chests and microtransactions in the game are Gold and Silver, with Gold being the more valuable one of the two. Listed below are all of the microtransactions currently available in Shadow of War, along with their in-game cost.

Silver Loot Chest (750 Silver) – 2 Gear Pieces: At least 1 Rare

Gold Loot Chest (150 Gold) – 3 Gear Pieces: At least 1 Legendary, 2 Epic; 1 Two-Hour XP Boost

Mithril Loot Chest (400 Gold) – 4 Gear Pieces: All Legendary; 1 Two-Hour XP Boost

Assassin’s War Chest (240 Gold) – 3 Orc Assassins: At least 1 Legendary, 2 Epic; 2 Consumables: From any of our Training Orders and Two-Hour Spoils of War Boosts

Olog Reinforced War Chest (260 Gold) – 3 Orc Followers: At least 1 Legendary, 2 Epic; 2 Consumables: From any of your Training Orders and Two-Hour Spoils of War Boosts

Act 1 Starter Bundle (850 Gold) – 3 Gold Loot Chests, 1 Gold War Chest, 2 Two-Hour XP Boosts

Silver War Chest (1,500 Silver) – 2 Orc Followers: At least 1 Epic; 1 Consumable: Either Training Orders or a Two-Hour Spoils of War Boost

Gold War Chest (200 Gold) – 3 Orc Followers: At least 1 Legendary, 2 Epic; 2 Consumables: From any of our Training Orders and Two-Hour Spoils of War Boosts

Mithril War Chest (600 Gold) – 4 Orc Followers: All Legendary; 1 Legendary Training Order

Two-Hour Player XP Boost (100 Gold) – A potion that boosts your experience gain by 100% for two hours
