Bloodborne Is Getting a Comic Adaptation From Titan Comics

Journey to the inner sanctum of Yharnam.

Love From Software? Love Bloodborne? You’ll want to check out the upcoming comic Bloodborne: The Death of Sleep, an expanded story that will follow a hunter tasked with fighting off scores of demonic creatures in the city of Yharnam.

Written by Ales Kot, Bloodborne: The Death of Sleep is being written from a fan’s perspective, as Kot is a big fan of the game. The art will be contributed by artist Piotr Kowalski, who previously provided illustrations for both Dark Souls and Wolfenstein tomes for Titan in the past.

Kot states he originally put nearly 200 hours into Bloodborne while playing it and researching its finer points even before plans were announced for a comic. As such, he says he’s “honored” to be working on a title within the Bloodborne universe.

You can check out the first issue of Bloodborne: The Death of Sleep when it hits a comic shop near you (or your tablet) in February 2018. That should give you plenty of time to play the game (and maybe finish it!) if you haven’t already done so.
