The Next Overwatch Comic Is Going to Revolve Around Zarya

On the hunt.

Overwatch is due for its next comic, and this time it’s going to feature Zarya as the heroine in the spotlight this time around. Overwatch #15 is called “Searching,” and its script is written by Joelle Sellner and Andrew Robinson, featuring coloring and artwork by Kate Niemczyk.

According to Blizzard, the synopsis for “Searching” is as follows:

“Aleksandra Zaryanova is in over her head when Katya Volskaya sends her to eliminate the elusive hacker known as Sombra. At her wit’s end, Zarya reluctantly teams up with an omnic hacker. Butting heads all the way, they hone in on their target. Through strife, Zarya begins to realize that she will have to reassess her worldview about omnics being uniformly evil.”

You’ll be able to read the comic in its entirety on Wednesday here, but it sounds like an awesome, cracking time and a good reason to get to know Zarya even better. If you don’t already main her, that is. And if you do, this sounds like a rollicking good read anyway. Especially wherever Omnics are concerned.
