In celebration of Outbreak Day today, The Last of Us: Part II developer Naughty Dog has made available a limited edition poster, dynamic theme, and T-shirt via MondoTees, the PlayStation Store, and the PlayStation Gear Store, respectively.
The poster, which serves as a follow-up to the image revealed at last year’s Outbreak Day celebration, is created by artist Kevin Tong and depicts a damaged arm holding onto a hammer while a car burns amidst a forest in the distance. Whether or not this is indicative of something to be seen in The Last of Us: Part II remains to be seen, but this poster will be available for a limited time until Friday, September 29, so eager fans should get it now lest it be too late.
The PlayStation 4 dynamic theme released today is nothing we haven’t seen before, as it features imagery of the overgrown neighborhood and Firefly sign first seen in the game’s reveal trailer. “Ambient audio from the trailer, unique key tones, and animates effects” will be included in the display, and if you don’t feel like shelling out the cash, last year’s Outbreak Day theme is available for free until October 3.
Last but not least, a T-shirt featuring a The Last of Us: Part II logo with the developer’s name on the back is also available via the PlayStation Gear Store. Discounts to The Last of Us: Remastered and the game’s standalone expansion, Left Behind, will be joining the promotion from now until next week, too.
