NBA 2K18: How to Change MyCareer Difficulty

How to Change Your MyCareer Difficulty in NBA 2K18

Recommended Videos

MyCareer is back in NBA 2K18 and it’s your shot to follow your very own player’s entire professional NBA career. It might be a bit too hard or too easy for you, though, so you may be wondering how to change up that difficulty. Don’t worry, we have you covered. Luckily, it’s very simple to do!

While out and about, bring up your Nav menu. It’s the one that allows you to choose the next game to play, upgrade your character, etc. Once there, head over to the Options tab and then select the Settings tab that appears. This is where you can change your difficulty, in the very first option. There are four options ranging from Pro, All-Star, Superstar, and Hall of Fame. Choose accordingly and get ready to have your work cut out for you. The game’s already tough as is on the default, so you can just imagine what the other settings entail. Of course, if you have a great overall rating and want a bit more trouble out on the court, ramping up the difficulty will be your best option.

NBA 2K18 is incredibly vast as a basketball sim, so no worries if you have more questions! Sound off in the comments below with any other aspects of the game that you might be confused about, or check out our wiki for answers.
