Microsoft has just announced a partnership with Taco Bell which will see the two companies run a joint Xbox One X giveaway competition, starting August 31st.
Taco Bell customers can enter the competition draw after ordering Taco Bell’s $5 Steak Queserito Box. Each box will contain a unique code that customers will then need to text in order to be entered. The competition will run from the August 31st – 4th of October, with a winner being announced every ten minutes on average.
This isn’t the first time Microsoft and Taco Bell have joined forces. Mike Nichols, Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Xbox, references a similar competition partnership during the launch of the original Xbox console:
“We have a long history of partnerships with Taco Bell, dating back to the first Xbox, and are excited to once again work together to reward gamers with the opportunity to win Xbox One X.”
Pre-orders for Microsoft’s latest competition have not yet been made available, so this is the first chance fans will have to secure the console.
Winners will also get a copy of Forza Motorsport 7 and a three-month Xbox Game Pass subscription with their console.
