How to Unlock Strong Mode in Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age
Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is a remaster of Final Fantasy XII: International Zodiac Job System, an updated version of the game that unfortunately was never released outside of Japan. Now, however, we’ll get access to the improvements and additions featured in the International Zodiac Job System, one of which is Strong Mode.
Strong Mode can be unlocked by beating the game once through to the end. Once you’ve beaten the game you’ll unlock the mode, which can be activated when you start a New Game Plus. It’s important to note that the mode can only be activated at the start of the game, and not selected at any point. In Strong Mode, all of your party members start at Level 90 giving you a big advantage over enemies.
Strong Mode goes hand in hand with Weak Mode, another unlockable difficulty that limits your party’s level.
