Star Wars Battlefront II

More free suff.

EA has confirmed that all Battlefront 2 DLC will be free to players in the months after the full game’s release this fall.

The first season, coming soon after the game’s release, will focus on The Last Jedi and maps, heroes, weapons, and vehicles will be free to everyone that owns the core game. Included in this, Finn and Phasma will be available as free additions around the time Episode VIII releases.

Also, if you pre-order Battlefront 2, you’ll receive cosmetic additions, access to the upcoming beta, and a Yoda Star Card for you to use in game. There is no information on whether this pre-order content will be available as paid content at a later date.

At EA Play, Dice revealed some new details on the single-player mode and showed off multiplayer for the first time in a long gameplay battle clip. You can see the footage they showed below.

Star Wars Battlefront will come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.
