Nex Machina: How to Save Humans

HOW TO SAVE HUMANS IN NEX MACHINA

Recommended Videos

On top of the twin-stick shooter gameplay that asks you to take out hundreds of robotic enemies, Nex Machina, the newest game from Housemarque, tasks you with saving humans in every level.

This side objective of saving humans in each world carries over from the excellent Resogun. It means that you are looking out for more than yourself when playing. You need to be on the lookout for little green figures as well as enemies and incoming threats.

While saving them is usually tough due to there being so many enemies between you and them, the physical act of saving them is very simple. Once you spot them in the world, among the maze of neon lights and pink orbs, all you have to do is move through them, with your character touching them. Doing that will save them and you will get a bonus when you finish the world. Not getting to them quick enough will lead to enemies attacking them and ‘harvesting’ them and you will be notified by the voiceover saying “human lost”.

That is how you save humans in Nex Machina. For more on the game, be sure to stick with us at Twinfinite.
