After Sony CEO Shawn Layden teased that there would be some major Japanese game announcements at E3 2017, we made sure to keep an eye out for those at their press conference. A little disappointingly, there didn’t seem to be too many Japanese announcements at all, though the games that did get announced were big hitters.

Sony’s E3 2017 pre-show kicked off with the release date announcement of Level-5’s new JRPG, Ni No Kuni II. Following a completely new set of characters and storyline, the game still retains that Studio Ghibli visual charm, and it features music from renowned composer Joe Hisaishi.

Ni No Kuni II is set to be released for the PS4 and PC on Nov. 10.
