Graham Mctavish is playing Dracula in the series. Recently, the Scottish actor has played Sebastian in The Order 1886 and Charlie Cutter in Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception.
Richard Armitage, known for playing Thorin Oakenshield in The Hobbit, has been cast for the role of Trevor Belmont.
James Callis will be playing the role of Alucard in the Netflix series; you may know him from his role of Dr. Gaius Baltar in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica miniseries and television series.
The role of the witch that is Sypha Belnades, will be played by Alejandra Reynoso. She doesn’t have a ton of work under her belt, but she is very excited to be part of the Netflix series.
Emily Swallow will be playing the role of Lisa Tepes (mother of Alucard and wife to Dracula). She’s best known for the role of Amara/The Darkness in the eleventh season of Supernatural.
Matt Frewer, Dr. Leekie on Orphan Black, will be playing the role of a character known as the Bishop, who seems to be a new character created for the series.
And last but not least, Tony Amendola, will play the role of The Elder; Amendola currently plays the role of Geppetto in ABC’s Once Upon a Time.
