When Is Rime Coming to the Nintendo Switch?

Tequila Works’ Rime is just a few weeks away and has many players intrigued. Little is actually known regarding Rime’s story details, but we do know we’ll be exploring a mysterious island uncovering the secrets behind its strange, ancient monuments. Oh, and we’ll have a fox accompanying us along the way. What more could you ask for? The game’s due to release on Xbox One, PC, and PS4 on May 26, however, the Nintendo Switch release date isn’t the same.

Unfortunately, Tequila Works has yet to confirm Rime’s release date on Nintendo Switch. In the most recent blog post over on publisher Grey Box’s website, however, it was noted that it aimed “to have a Switch version release date announced shortly.” Hopefully, then, the wait for a Nintendo Switch release date won’t be too much longer.

In the blog post, Grey Box also announced its plans to make up for the higher price the game will cost on the Switch. It was confirmed that a digital version on the Switch will now cost $29.99 – the same price as on other platforms. The physical edition on Switch will still cost $39.99 but will include a digital download of the game’s soundtrack.
