Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Are Still Topping the Charts in Japan

The Switch is on firrrreeee.

It’s no lie that Nintendo has been doing a pretty superb job at selling the Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8. Mario Kart 8 is the fastest-selling Mario Kart game ever and the Switch is the fastest-selling console in Nintendo’s history. The latest update from Media Create shows us the best-selling games in Japan for this past week as well as console sales. Looking at the chart, we can see that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is dominating the charts with several Switch and 3DS games following behind. The numbers are last weeks sales and the amount in the brackets is lifetime sales.

Looks like Japanese consumers are all in for the Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, we have no doubt that the number one spots won’t be shifting much anytime soon.
