Persona 5: How to Fast Travel

No more walking!

Fast Travel in Persona 5

Recommended Videos

Similar to the past two games in the series, Persona 5 gives you the opportunity to fast travel around the school easily. You’ll unlock this feature by progressing through the story naturally and unlocking Ryuji’s Persona, so just keep playing until you get there. Once you have control over the main character again, press the R1 button to open up the Quick Travel menu. This will show you a list of locations that you’ve unlocked in the game so far, and selecting one will teleport you to your desired location immediately. This will save you a lot of time, as you won’t have to manually make your way to your destination – helpful, considering how confusing Persona 5’s world can get.

However, it is also recommended that you just manually walk to your destinations from time to time. The NPCs will have different things to say as the story continues, and you never know what you might find out by talking to them or listening in on their conversations. You could also potentially discover new Confidants by walking around and talking to people too.
