Persona 5: How to Pass Time and Wait

How to Pass Time in Persona 5

Recommended Videos

Persona 5 isn’t just a JRPG where you play as a ragtag group of heroes on a quest to save the world. It’s also all about juggling your day to day life as a high schooler in Tokyo. As such, you will be choosing what you do on the daily, and this will reflect your overall time in the game. You definitely need to choose what you do with your time wisely. That’s why the loading screen constantly tells you to “Take Your Time” after all!

The activities you choose to do will take up your time in a day. Basically the only things that don’t take up any time is talking to people (talking, not hanging out with), going shopping, and traveling between areas. Everything else you do – be it to level your stats up, make money, or forge bonds – will jump time forward.

And, of course, sleeping will cause morning to rise up, but you should probably never just sleep the day off. There’s always something to do and bettering yourself is a very important part of the game.
