Persona 5: How to Lower Your Security Level

How to Lower Your Security Level in Persona 5

Recommended Videos

Persona 5 has dungeons all over again, this time in the form of Palaces. You’ll be able to sneak your way through them. That’s right, stealth is a huge part of this thievin’ adventure, so it’s important to not get caught. The game will punish you if you are spotted by increasing something called the Security Level. If this increases too much, you’ll have a tough time getting through and might even be forced to retreat. So, yeah, it’s a real pain in the butt if you get caught way too much.

Don’t worry, though, there are easy ways to lower this. The very obvious start is to never get spotted in the first place. This is easily done by making use of cover. But it’s okay, sometimes it’s unavoidable for you. This is why it’s important to ambush and defeat more shadows, as this will lower your security level. Additionally, you can simply leave the Palace and wait a couple of days, if you can afford to do so. Your security level will also lower naturally this way.
