Little Nightmares: How to Grab and Throw Items

How to Grab and Throw Items in Little Nightmares

Recommended Videos

As a tiny person in the Maw, Six needs to use items around her to escape in Little Nightmares. Sometimes, you’ll need to grab and move an item to reach that ledge, other times you’ll need to throw one to hit a button. Here’s how you’ll do both of these things in Little Nightmares.

First things first, you’ll need to know how to grab items. This is incredibly simple. All you need to do is head over to the item and press the R2/ RT button. Six will then pick up or grab hold of the item or object. To then move this item, simply move the left analog stick in the direction you want to move. It’s worth noting that some items can be a bit tricky to move. If this happens to you, try grabbing a different side of the item.

If the item is smaller and you want to throw it, then there’s one more thing you’ll need to do. While you still have hold of the grab button, press the X/ A button on your controller. This will see Six throw the item in the direction you’re facing. If you want to throw the item further you’ll need to hold down on the button a little longer before releasing it.

That’s all you need to know to grab and throw items in Little Nightmares. For more on the game, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
