Paraglider in Breath of the Wild

The Paraglider is a really neat tool you can obtain in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It’s one that you can get by completing the main story quest, so you don’t have to worry about missing it. To get it, just complete the game prologue’s Shrines and the Old Man will hand it to you. Now, you’ll be able to get around Hyrule swiftly and very easily.

To use the Paraglider, you’re going to want to look for a really high spot in the world to jump from. All you have to do is leap into the air and press the X button (which is also the jump button) to deploy and use it. When you’re in the air, hold down the X to keep the Paraglider up. This will allow you to glide around the land easily, and you’ll be able to reach places you couldn’t access before. It can also help you jump over shorter gaps while you’re on the ground. It’s like a fancy parachute that will keep you from a terrible death.
