It’s been a bit of a while since we’ve heard anything about Quake Champions, id’s online multiplayer title that they announced at last year’s E3. Today, the studio has announced that it’ll be receiving a closed beta, and they announced it with a short trailer that shows all the sci-fi action that fans have come to expect from the series.
Joining the Quake Champions beta is incredibly simple: all you have to do is just be 18 or older, then give out your email address here. It’s said to be starting “in the coming weeks,” so make sure to check your email often and hope that it doesn’t go to your spam folder. In addition to that news, id also said that two new trailers will arrive tomorrow and Thursday the 9th: one for the character Nyx, and one for the Blood Covenant map. If you’re going to be in Boston for PAX East this weekend, you can also play it there at the Bethesda booth.
Quake Champions will be coming to PC later this year.
