Injustice 2 Trailer is Chillin’ With the Villains, Reveals Scarecrow and Captain Cold

Have fun being bad!

The release date for Injustice 2 draws closer and closer, and that means that another trailer has dropped.  This week, Netherrealm wants you to know that it’s fun to be a bad guy, which is why the new trailer focuses on four bad guys: Gorilla Grodd, Bane, Captain Cold, and Scarecrow. Grodd and Bane we already knew were in the game–though this is the first time we’ve seen the latter in action–and Cold and Crow get their debut gameplay here.

While there’s sure to be fun in beating the hell out of people as Bane or forcing them to hit themselves as Grodd, it definitely looks like Captain Cold and Scarecrow will also be a ton of fun in Injustice 2. Given his wicked hook and fear based powers, Crow will certainly leave a mark on enemies when all is said and done. And Cold is…well, c’mon. It’s Cold, and that means plenty of funny puns.

Injustice 2 brawls its way to the PS4 and Xbox One on May 16.
