More ink, more problems.
Splatoon 2 is easily one of the most awaited titles on the Nintendo Switch, and will be one of the first big multiplayer titles on the system. Today, Splatoon’s official Japanese Twitter gave us a look at a brand new stage coming to the game, Diadema Amphitheater.
The stage has gotten a trio of colorful screenshots, showing the general layout of the area. The Amphitheater is a facility that hosts various artists for concerts, including the famous band called the “Squid Squad.” It’s now seen as the premiere destination for rock music in the world of Splatoon, and believe it or not countermeasures have even been taken to make sure the ink doesn’t damage any equipment.
Splatoon 2 is set to release sometime during Summer, 2017 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. A multiplayer Global Test Fire is planned for one weekend in March, however, giving you a chance to test the game out early. While you’re at it, take a look at another stage for the game called Barnacle Sports Club, and what Splatoon 2’s producer said about weapon adjustments.
What do you think of the Diadema Amphitheater stage? Is Splatoon 2 on your radar for the Switch? Let us know down in the comments.
