Heracross – Pokemon GO
Heracross is a Bug/Fighting-type Pokemon that was introduced in Pokemon Gold and Silver. It’s been added to Pokemon GO thanks to the new Gen 2 update. Heracross is in particularly high demand because it’s so powerful. It has quite a few weaknesses, but its defense balances that out. It also has a very high attack stat and that makes it a powerful component of any trainer’s team.
Since Heracross is a Bug-type, you can check all the usual areas. Parks and fields seem to be the most common locales for insects, so your best bet for encountering one of these is in a place like those. You can sometimes find these types in random places, too, but parks and fields, or anywhere with large amounts of grass and plants, are your best bet.
We must warn you that although it should appear in those places, it is an incredibly rare find in Pokemon GO. You’ll more likely come across more Weedles and Ariodos than this powerful beetle. You can also try your luck with Eggs, although chances are still slim there, and you’ll have to do quite a bit of walking.
In time you’ll either find one in the wild in the mentioned areas, or get lucky enough to hatch your very own Heracross. Either way, your team will be all the better for it.
