Fire Emblem Heroes: How to Tell Your Weapon Color

Weapon Color – Fire Emblem Heroes

Recommended Videos

Fire Emblem Heroes is Nintendo’s newest mobile title, and it’s a complex strategy game with tons of different characters. Once you start battling, you may be wondering how to tell what characters have an advantage over who, and what color type of weapon each character carries.

It’s very easy to figure out what color weapon your character wields luckily, as it’s listed right on their character profile. When you’re in battle, you can see this at the top of the screen when you have a character selected. The weapon icon is at the very top to the left of the character’s name, and will have an icon like a sword inside, as well as a color. You can also go into the “edit heroes” menu from the allies tab in the main menu, and look at character’s profile here.

This is where you’ll need to remember the weapon triangle. Red beats green, green beats blue, and blue beats red. This generally corresponds to the normal triangle of the series which is swords beats axes, axes beat lances, and lances beat swords. However, it’s important to pay attention to the colors themselves in Fire Emblem Heroes, as it’s not necessarily the same weapons all the time. Additionally, weapons like bows or throwing knives are not affected by the triangle.

Now that you know how to check a character’s weapon color, make sure to check out our Fire Emblem Heroes wiki for any more help you might need.
