Fire Emblem Heroes: How to Get Stamina & What it Is

Stamina – Fire Emblem Heroes

Recommended Videos

Stamina is far more important in Fire Emblem Heroes than it is in your average game. This isn’t a bar that depletes when your character runs, but one that depletes as you play different maps in the game.

This means that once you’ve played through a bunch of maps and depleted your bar, you’ll have to wait around until you can start playing again. While this isn’t a problem during the early stages of the game, later missions will have you spending more time waiting than playing.

In order to replenish your Stamina bar, you’ll need to spend Orbs. This is the in-game currency earned from completing maps and quests. Orbs can also be purchased via microtransactions within the game. Alternatively, you can wait for your Stamina bar to replenish automatically over time, though this can take a while.

This isn’t the only thing that Orbs can be spent on, though, so you’ll want to manage how many you’re putting into your Stamina gauge in comparison to other things like castle expansions and summoning new heroes.
